Heart & Hand Art Journalling Club
Curious about art journalling? Longing to be more creative? Then the Heart & Hand Art Journalling Club would love to welcome you!
Join us for the first group session on Tuesday 17th August, 7-9.30pm, when we will make our own art journal and hand maps!
Heart & Hand will run monthly at the Havens community hub. Each session will be an opportunity to create a spread in your art journal, exploring new techniques and inspiring processes.
The cost for the first session is £30 which covers the cost of your journal and all art materials.
The Heart & Hand Art Journalling Club has been created by Farida from Sketchy Sisters and Helen Davis from the Seven creative sketchbook collective, the club is a safe space for anyone who wants to express themselves through art.

Art journalling is a way of expressing your thoughts, feelings, goals and dreams visually. It requires no skill - only curiosity and an open mind. Plus, this format is all about losing yourself in the process, as there’s no perfect final picture or product - your art journal is for you!

The Heart & Hand creative community is based at the Havens Community Hub in the heart of Westcliff-on-Sea.

£20 including art materials or £15 if you bring your own materials

Can't make the first session?
You don't need to attend the first session to join The Heart & Hand Art Journalling Club, everyone is welcome to join any of our monthly sessions(minimum age is 18). You can bring a pre-made Journal or sketchbook or we can send you an Art Journal Kit with a tutorial video to make your own before the session (for an additional cost of £10).
