Women's Art Group
Sketchy Sisters Womens Art group is a safe space for women to express themselves through art. Guided sketching exercises and art projects around the themes of self care, self love and empowerment help women express themselves freely and connect with themselves and others. We explore intention setting, manifesting, letting go of what no longer serves us, empowerment, mindfulness, good mental health, cultivating gratitude, self love and lots more. We then share our work with the group in a supportive creative circle, speaking our truth through words and the art we make.
After School Art Club
Sketchy Kids is an empowering after school art club for primary school children aged 6 - 11. We focus on fun art projects inspired by artists, illustrators, inspiring people and the world around us. The children are encouraged to express themselves freely, using examples, guides, demos and 1-2-1 help, they create in their own unique style using their amazing imaginations. This fun Art Club will teach the children how to use different art materials, drawing techniques and art processes. Your child will become an empowered artist growing in confidence with each project, learning to love art without judgement.
SKETCHY KIDS ART & CRAFT WORKSHOPS
Sketchy Kids Art & Graft Workshops offer fun and empowering Art & Craft projects during school holidays and some weekends. We offer drop off sessions & family sessions to create together.
Guides, demos and 1-2-1 help are provided along with all art materials.
No experience is needed just a desire to have fun with art & crafts and feel empowered to create the projects in your own unique styles!
DRAWING & LETTERING WORKSHOPS
Create personalised quote art
Learn skills in calligraphy, lettering and illustration to create a beautiful piece of personalised quote art, decorated with illustrations relevant to the session. Examples will be provided along with demonstrations and 1-2-1 help, including how to use paint pens, watercolours, pencils and paint to add colour to your art. This workshop is suitable for everyone and will be a fun and social experience with a focus on the wellbeing benefits of creativity. Come and join us!
